Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the proposal, if permitted, would result in vehicles reversing onto and from Lower Broadway, in an area of on-street parking, detrimental to the safety and convenience of other users of the highway, contrary to Policy G10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That this part of Lower Broadway is serviced by on-street parking and the formation of a new access at this point would reduce on-street parking/servicing resulting in difficulty and inconvenience for users of the adjoining shops contrary to Policy G11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
