That prior to the commencement of development on the site, a detailed working drawing of the chimney shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the historic character and appearance of the listed building in
accordance with Policies G1 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire

That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction of the chimney and details of the brick bond shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development is commenced.
