Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the walls shall be dark stained and the roof covered in materials to match the colours of the surrounding buildings prior to the first use of the shed hereby permitted.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
Policy CON8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
