That no further development shall take place on the tennis court until details of the materials to be used for the construction of the retaining wall and the materials and colour of the court surface treatment has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G1 and H12 of
the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That details of the pump for the swimming pool and noise insulation thereon shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority within three months of the date of this notice.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with
Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
No soakaways shall be constructed such that they penetrate the water table, and they shall not in any event exceed 2 metres in depth below existing ground level.
Reason: To prevent pollution of ground water in accordance with Policies G1 and G7 of the
adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
