That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls of the plinth supporting the frame to the conservatory for increasing the height of the boundary wall and for the new roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before development commences. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies G8 and Con 10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the glazing bars and frame to the conservatory has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies G8 and Con 6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the brickwork to be used in the construction of the plinth supporting the frame to the conservatory and the boundary wall shall be laid in a bond to match that on the existing building. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies G8 and Con 6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the rooflights shall be conservation type. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies G8 and Con 6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the frame of the conservatory shall be constructed in timber and painted white and shall thereafter be so retained and maintained. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies G8 and Con 6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
