Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That no work shall take place at the premises except between the hours of 9am and 6pm on Mondays to Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays) and 9am and 1pm on Saturdays. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building (including the workshop and test cell area) shall be acoustically treated as recommended in Acoustic Report Number SA1430/1 dated 1 August 2001, prior to the first use of the building. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the exhaust extract system shall be designed to meet the 40dB(A) criteria set out in the Acoustic Report Number SA1430/1 prior to the commencement of use. Any external ducting shall not exceed the height of the existing parapet. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That all working (including the testing of engines and use of power tools) shall take place within the workshop or test cell with the windows and doors closed. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
