Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works are commenced.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed
building in accordance with Policies G1, CON6 and CON10 of the adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of the new gates and piers, all windows, dormers and cheeks, external doors, the balcony and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed
building in accordance with Policies G1, CON6 and CON10 of the adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
