That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers 01, 94362/922/001/1873 and 1874 accompanying such application, as amended on 18 July 2001 by plan number 94362/922/001/1873 rev A, except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Chief Planning Officer in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the amended application as approved.

That development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date hereof. Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.

That the School shall prepare a School Travel Plan which is to be submitted to and approved by the Chief Planning Officer and put into operation by the start of the Spring term 2002. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and to encourage more sustainable means of transport.
