That the frame to the conservatory shall be constructed in wood as amplified in the letter dated 14 August 2001 received from the agent. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8 and Con 10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the materials to be used in the external construction of the plinth supporting the frame to the conservatory shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8 and Con 10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
