That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used in the construction of the plinth supporting the frame to the building, the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policies G8 and Con 10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application and for no other purpose whatsoever including the provision of living accommodation in connection with the use of the premises as a racing stables. Reason: To protect local amenities and to accord with the policy of the Local Planning Authority in accordance with policy E3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
