Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That having regard to the size of the proposed extension and the details of design, the proposal represents an unacceptable form of development that would detract from the character and appearance of the existing building, the semi-detached pair and visual amenities of the locality. As such the proposal would be contrary to Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and would conflict with guidance contained in Section 4.6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
