Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 30th January 2002
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, having regard to the proximity and orientation of the proposed dwellings, particularly Units 21 - 28, to the adjacent agricultural contractor's works, to the proposed vehicular access to the rear of those works and the riverside, and to the floodlit all-weather pitch, the proposals would create unsatisfactory standards of residential amenity in terms of noise and disturbance. As such the development would be contrary to Policy H11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Government advice in Planning Policy Guidance Note 24 - Planning and Noise.
