That at the expiration of a period of two years from the date hereof or upon completion of the dwelling approved under application reference P01/W0255, whichever is the earlier, the caravan be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state.

Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances in 
             accordance with Policy H19 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That at the expiration of a period of two years from the date hereof or upon completion of the dwelling approved under application reference P01/W0255, whichever is the earlier, the use of the land as a site for a caravan shall be discontinued.

Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances in 
             accordance with Policy H19 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
