That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the building shall be used only for the purpose specified in the application ancillary to the use of the land as a horticultural nursery and at such time as it is no longer required for the purposes specified the building shall be removed and the land left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy G8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
