Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.

Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the boundary fencing to and the surfacing of the caravan storage area has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
             Policy G8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the existing trees and shrubs on the boundary of the storage area shall be protected whilst development operations are in progress in accordance with a scheme  to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and to be implemented prior to the commencement of the development.

Reason: To safeguard trees and hedges which are visually important in accordance with
             Policy G8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the land shall be used only for the storage of uninhabited caravans in connection with the Bridge Villa International Camping and Caravan Park and for no other purpose whatsoever.

Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy E6 of the South Oxfordshire
             Local Plan.
