Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That except as may otherwise be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority, the only livestock to be kept in the building will be cattle and sheep. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy C8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That surface water shall not be disposed of other than in accordance with a detailed surface water drainage scheme which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of public health in accordance with Policy G6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building and hardstanding shall be sited at least 5m away from the nearest watercourse. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy C14 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, during construction, no plant or machinery shall be used or stored, nor concrete/cement and during use of the building no oil/fuel runoff nor livestock slurry shall be stored within 5m of the watercourse. Reason: To prevent pollution in accordance with Policy G17 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
