That having regard to the proximity of neighbouring residential properties the proposal to extend the opening hours represents an unacceptable form of development involving noise and disturbance late at night which would be detrimental to the residential amenity of occupants of the neighbouring residential properties on the Wantage Road. As such the proposal would be contrary to Policies G1 and G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
