That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That detailed specifications of the design, materials and external finish of any replacement fence shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority before erection of such a fence. Reason: To safeguard the character of the Ewelme Conservation Area in accordance with Policies Con 8 and Con 10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
