That at the expiration of 10 years from the date of this permission, the use specified in the application shall be discontinued. Reason: That the site lies in open countryside where development is normally restricted. In this case the Council are satisfied that a need exists for temporary period. Therefore, in accordance with Policies G1 and C1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan permission is only granted for a temporary period.

That the building hereby permitted shall be removed and the land restored to its former condition on or before 6 July 2011. Reason: That the site lies in open countryside where development is normally restricted. In this case the Council are satisfied that a need exists for temporary period. Therefore, in accordance with Policies G1 and C1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan permission is only granted for a temporary period.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
