Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the footpath and kerb line shall be constructed in accordance with the detailed Local Highway Authority specification attached to this permission.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with policies G11
and T5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That details of surface water drainage works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the development commencing.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with policies G11
and T5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That except insofar as may be otherwise agreed by the Local Planning Authority, the existing hedge on the land be preserved and properly maintained and that in the event of the hedge dying or being seriously damaged or destroyed, a new hedge or equivalent number of hedges, as the case may be, of a species first approved by the Local Planning Authority, be planted and properly maintained in a position or positions first approved by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the hedge which is visually important in accordance with policies G8
and G9 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
