Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies G1, CON6 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies G1, CON6 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the brickwork to be used in the extension shall be laid in a Flemish bond. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies G1, CON6 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
