That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the extensions and the new garage block shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G1, CON10 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
