That by 30 June 2002 or within one month of re-occupation of Taylors Barn for living purposes, whichever is the earlier, the mobile home and portakabin shall be removed from the site.

Reason: Planning permission is only granted for an additional dwelling and temporary 
             structures in the countryside and adjacent to a listed building contrary to 
             Policies H6 and Con 7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan because 
             Taylors Barn is temporarily uninhabitable.
