Planning Permission on 22nd May 2001
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the details accompanying the application the bedroom window on the side elevation shall be reduced in size and shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to the first occupation of the extension in accordance with a scheme to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the proposal is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the either side elevation of the extension.
