Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the landscaping scheme detailed on drawing no. GDP/2001/4-B shall be implemented within 12 months of the commencement of the approved development and thereafter be maintained in accordance with the approved scheme.
