That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
Policy H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the living accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation and use of the existing property

Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances in
accordance with Policies H11 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That all foul drainage from the development shall be discharged by connection to the drainage authority's main foul sewer and by no other means whatsoever.
