Having regard to the length of the access track and turning area the proposals represent an inappropriate form of development, as defined by Planning Policy Guidance Note 2, Green Belts, which would detract from the character and visual amenity of the locality and would consolidate the use of the site for the stationing of a mobile home, contrary to Policies GB3 and C4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
