Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the new gates shall open inwards onto the site in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development.

Reason: To ensure that the gates do not open outwards which would obstruct the footpath
             in accordance with Policies G1 and G10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire 
             Local Plan.
