That, notwithstanding any indication on the submitted drawing, details of the materials and designs of the door lintol and wall coping shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character and setting of the listed building and Wallingford Conservation Area in accordance with Policies Con 7, Con 8, Con 9 and Con 10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
