Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the extension to 10 and 12 Edwin Road shall be constructed as part of a single building operation and neither part shall be occupied until the extension to the adjoining property has been completed.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G1 and H12 of
the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
