Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That, notwithstanding any indication given on the plans, the walls shall be constructed in brick to match the existing property.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with 
             Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
