That the site lies in an isolated rural location within the Oxford Green Belt where development is to be strictly controlled. The stationing of a mobile home would detract from the openness of the Green Belt, the rural character of the locality and the setting of the existing Public House. The development is contrary to Policies H6, H12 and GB3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority there is insufficient justification to set aside these policies.
