That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of the bricks to be used for the external walls of the plinth to support the conservatory shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies H12 and Con 6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the development shall not commence until detailed specifications of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors and details of the plinth set at a height of 450 mm have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies H12 and Con 6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
