Planning Permission on 12th March 2001
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That before any of the development hereby permitted is occupied, the parking and turning spaces shown on the approved plan shall be constructed and such spaces shall thereafter be kept permanently available for the use of residents and visitors to the site. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in either side elevation of the house other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the en-suite and wc windows in the side elevation of the house hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to first occupation of the premises and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
