That by 31 March 2006 or upon the site ceasing to be occupied by Mr Raymond Clark, whichever is the earlier, the use of the site for a caravan shall be discontinued, the caravan shall be removed and the land left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: Because permission is only granted in view of the special circumstances and in accordance with Policies G5, GB3, GB4, H6 and H19 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That this permission shall enure only for the benefit of Mr Raymond Clark whilst in occupation of the site, and shall not enure for the benefit of the land. Reason: Because permission is only granted in view of the special circumstances and in accordance with Policies G5, GB3, GB4, H6 and H19 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
