Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the materials to be used for the roof of the extended porch shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That upon the separate accommodation hereby permitted ceasing to be occupied by Mr & Mrs L Ray it shall then be incorporated into the accommodation of the main dwelling and shall cease to be occupied as a separate unit. Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances and to otherwise accord with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
