Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That at the expiration of three years from the date of this permission the use of the site for the pitching of five tents shall be discontinued unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In order that the effect of the development upon the amenities of the neighbouring
area can be assessed during this period, and that any future application can be
decided on this assessment.
That the area of land indicated on drawing ref. no. A3/17 accompanying the application and annotated "Camping Areas" shall be used for the pitching of no more than 5 tents for recreational purposes only and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy TSM2 of the South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the camping area as indicated on drawing ref. no. A3/17 shall be available as a campsite only between Good Friday and 30 September in each year and all tents shall be removed from the land on or before 30 September in each year.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies C3 and C4 of the
South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
