Reason: To safeguard the character of the area the separate occupation of the building would be
contrary to policy H5 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority the first floor walls of the building shall be clad with horizontal dark stained feather edged boarding prior to the first use of the building and thereafter retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
Policy G8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
