Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That no demolition shall commence until a contract for the carrying out of the works of redevelopment has been made and a planning permission for those works has been granted. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Watlington Conservation Area in accordance with policy CON 9 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That within 28 days of the commencement of the demolition of the garage block all resulting materials shall be removed from the site. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Watlington Conservation Area in accordance with policy CON 8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
