Decision
Planning Permission on 21st February 2002
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a schedule of materials and finishes for the roof of the building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policy C2 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application, for garage and store for the personal enjoyment of occupants of Field House and the building shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to protect local amenities as a separate unit of accommodation or business or commercial activity would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy contrary to polices H6 and E6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
