That the materials to be used for the external walls and plinth of the conservatory shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policies C2 and H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
