That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the roof of the building shall be covered with plain clay tiles a sample of which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policies G8 and C2 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the walls of the stable building shall be constructed of dark stained timber boarding and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of development are satisfactory in accordance with policies G8 and C2 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
