That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That samples of all materials to be used in the construction and finishes of the extensions and remodelled entrance hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development is commenced.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the building and area in accordance with policy CON6 of
the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the existing hedges on the land shall be protected whilst development operations are in progress, in accordance with a scheme to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and to be implemented prior to the commencement of any development.
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the area in accordance with policy G9 of
the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
