Planning Permission on 8th March 2002
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the bathroom window in the side elevation (side to Coldarbour) of the extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass and the right-hand casement shall be fixed so that it can not open prior to first occupation of the extension and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the side elevation (side to Coldarbour) of the extension other than those expressly authorised by this permission.
