Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 8th March 2002
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, having regard to the size of the proposed extension, the provision of an obscure glazed window in the side elevation at first floor level and the relationship with 2 St Mary's Close, the proposal represents an oppressive and overbearing form of development that would give the feeling of being overlooked and would detract from the residential amenities currently enjoyed by the occupants of 2 St Mary's Close. As such the proposal would be contrary to Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
