Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the pool house hereby permitted shall be as stated on drawing number 754/02 rev.A received 15th November 2001, namely slate roofing and rendered walls to match the existing house unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policy H12
of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to the commencement of any work the trees surrounding the pool house/gym equipment room shall be protected and continue to be protected, whilst development operations are in progress, by fencing in accordance with BS5837:1991.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with policy G9 of the Council's
adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
