That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted samples of the materials to be used for the extension and the garage hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the materials used shall not be other than those approved. Reason: To ensure that the extensions and garage have a satisfactory appearance and to preserve the character and appearance of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in accordance with policies H12 and C2 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
