Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the extensions hereby permitted shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
