That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the porch shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policies H12 and C2 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the materials to be used for the brick plinth of the conservatory shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of development are acceptable in accordance with policies C2 and H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
