That the bricks to be used in the walls of the conservatory shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used for the walls of the existing building, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to accord with policies G8 and H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
